Katy Chan Dyer





I work with digital and 35mm film, seeking to appreciate the careful curation of light, colour and visuals in transient spaces. I started out shooting film at dark raves and park parties, capturing faces in soft glow and silhouettes in movement within a community I already loved. Scenes from A Love Supreme, Cyber, Pocketmoth and Pray Tell dominate my earlier work. The big dog digital comes out for high energy and live music environments – and I’m always down for funky press and portrait shots.
